Large Function in Excel in Hindi
Large function का Use किसी न्यूमेरिक डाटा में nth Number की सबसे बड़ी वैल्यू को Search करने के लिए करते है। nth तात्पर्य है कि आप Data में First, Second or Third या फिर किसी भी पोजीशन की सबसे बड़ी Value को सर्च कर सकते है। आगे हम इसे Example के माध्यम से समझेंगे।
Syntax-
LARGE(array,k)
Arguments-
Array– जिस Data के अंतर nth Number की Value Search करना है उस Data Range को यहाँ define करते है।
K- यहाँ हमे nth Number Define करना होता है जो यह दिखाता है कि हमे कौन से Position की सबसे बड़ी Value चाहिए। जैसे-अगर हमे First Number की large value चाहिए तो 1 लिखेंगे ,अगर Second Number की large value चाहिए तो 2 लिखेंगे।

Excel में लार्ज फंक्शन का use कैसे करते है – इसके लिए हमने एक Data लिया है जैसा की आप Image में देख सकते है। आप अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार दूसरा न्यूमेरिक डाटा भी ले सकते है।

अब इस Formula का Use करके हम Data से Second Position की सबसे बड़ी Value को Search करेंगे।
आप जिस भी Cell में इस Formula का Use करना चाहते है उस Cell को Select करे। हमने यहाँ Cell B1 को Select किया है।
अब B1 में Formula “=LARGE(A1:A6,2)” Type करे। यह Large Formula के पहले argument में हमने Data A1:A6 को Select किया है।
दूसरे argument में हमने “2” दिया है जिसका मतलब है कि हमे Data में Second सबसे बड़ी Value चाहिए।

Formula Type करने के बाद enter करे।
enter करते ही आप देखेंगे की Cell B1 में Second सबसे बड़ी Value “90” हमे Result के रूप में मिलेगी।

इसी प्रकार अगर हमे Third Number की highest value को निकालना है तो हम Formula “=LARGE(A1:A6,3)” का Use करेंगे। जिसका Result “89” होगा।

Small Function का Use Numeric Data में nth Number की सबसे Small value को Search करने के लिए करते है। nth मतलब है कि आप Data में First, Second या तीसरे किसी भी position की सबसे छोटी वैल्यू को search कर सकते है।
यह Formula Large Formula के opposite काम करता है। आगे हम इसे Example के माध्यम से समझेंगे –
Syntax-
SMALL(array,k)
Arguments-
Array– जिस Data के अंदर Value Search करना है उस Data Range को यहाँ define करते है। K- यहाँ हमे एक Number define करना होता है जो यह दिखाता है कि हमे कौन से position की सबसे small Value चाहिए। जैसे -1,2,3,4…..n

Excel में Small Formula का Use करने के लिए एक Numeric Data ले। इस Data से हम First position की सबसे Small Value निकालेंगे।
अब उस Cell को Select करे जहाँ आप Small Formula का Use करना चाहते है। यहाँ हमने Cell B1 को Select किया है।
Cell Select करने के बाद Formula “=SMALL(A1:A6,1)” type करे।
यहाँ Formula के पहले argument…array में Data range (A1:A6) को select किया है जिसके अंदर smallest value को Search करना है।
दूसरे argument….k में हमने “1” दिया है जिसका मतलब है कि ये हमे Data से First Position की smallest value को find करेगा।

अब enter key press करे। enter करते ही Cell B1 में पहले Position की सबसे Small Value Display हो जाएगी।

इसी तरह Second Position की सबसे Small Value निकाले-
“=SMALL(A1:A6,2)”
Output- 45
third position की सबसे Small Value को निकाले-
“=SMALL(A1:A6,3)”
Output- 78
Diffrenece Between Large Function and Max Function
(Large Function Aur Max Function में अंतर )
- Large Formula और Max Formula में सबसे बड़ा difference यह है कि Max Formula के द्वारा किसी न्यूमेरिक डाटा से केवल First Position की सबसे Large Value को निकाला जा सकता है जबकि Large Formula से आप First, Second, Third, Forth……nth Position की highest value (सबसे बड़ी संख्या ) को बहुत ही आसानी से निकाल सकते है।
- Max Formula syntax- MAX(number1,[number2],…..)
- Large Formula syntax- LARGE(array,k)
Diffrenece Between Small Function and Min Function
(Small Function और Min Function में अंतर)
- Small Formula and Min Formula में लगभग एक जैसे ही है पर दोनों में एक Difference यह है कि Min Function से किसी डाटा सीरीज से First Position की सबसे Small Value निकाली जा सकती है।
- जबकि Small Function के द्वारा First, Second, Third….nth Position की smallest value (सबसे छोटी संख्या ) को बहुत ही आसानी से निकाल सकते है।
- Min Function syntax- MIN(number1,[number2],…..)
- Small Function syntax- SMALL(array,k)
