COUNT, COUNTA And COUNTBLANK Function – इस Article में हम COUNT, COUNTA And COUNTBLANK के बारे में डिटेल्स में समझेंगे। इनका Use Excel में कैसे होता है। और इनके बीच क्या Difference है यह भीं जानेंगे। तो इस Article को पूरा जरूर पढ़े –

COUNT Function in Excel in Hindi

Excel में COUNT function किसी डाटा सेट में मौजूद उन सभी सेल्स को Count करने का काम करता है जिनमे numbers लिखे होते है।

अगर डाटा सेट में टेक्स्ट, ब्लैंक सेल्स या symbols है तो COUNT function उनको नहीं गिनता है। यह सिर्फ उन्ही सेल्स को ही काउंट करता जिनमे नंबर्स होते है।

Syntax- COUNT(value1,[value2]…..)

EXAMPLE
COUNT Formula का Use करने के लिए हमने एक डाटा लिया है। आप नीचे Image में देख सकते है कि इस डाटा सेट में टेक्स्ट, symbols and numbers values दिए गए है।

अब हम वह cell select करेंगे जहाँ हमे final result चाहिए। यहाँ हमने Cell A8 Select किया है।

Cell को Select करने के बाद = sign लगाकर Formula Type करे।

Formula “=COUNT(A1:A7)” Type करने के बाद enter key Press करे। यहाँ “A1:A7” data range है।

Enter Key Press करते ही Cell A8 में output “4” मिलता है। यहाँ आप नीचे Image में देख सकते है कि count function Data में दिए गए numeric values को ही काउंट किया है और बाकी सभी वैल्यूज को इसने इगनोर कर दिया।

COUNTA Function in Excel in Hindi

Excel में COUNTA Formula किसी Data Range में Blank Cells को छोड़कर उन सभी Cells Count करने का काम करता है जिनमे टेक्स्ट, symbols या किसी भी तरह का डाटा इनपुट किया गया हो।

Syntax- COUNTA(value1,[value2]…..)

EXAMPLE

Example के लिए हमने एक Data लिया है। अब हम COUNTA Function Cell A8 में Type करेंगे। नीचे Image में देखे –

COUNTA function लगाने के बाद enter key Press करे।
आप नीचे Image में देख सकते है कि हमे फाइनल आउटपुट “7” मिला है।
इस Function द्वारा Data के सभी Cell को काउंट किया गया है चाहे उनमे टेक्स्ट हो या symbols या numbers.
यह Blank Cell को count नहीं करता।

COUNTBLANK Function in Excel in Hindi

COUNTblank Function Data में खाली cells को count करने के लिए Use करते है।

Syntax- COUNTA(value1,[value2]…..)

EXAMPLE
Countblank Function का Use करने के लिए यहाँ हमने एक Data लिया है। अब हम Cell A8 में Formula “=COUNTBLANK(A1:A7)” Type करेंगे।
यहाँ A1:A7 Data Range है।अब Keyboard से Enter Key Press करे।

अब आप देख सकते है कि Cell A8 में Total Blank Cells “2” Display हो रही है।
इस तरह COUNTblank Function हमारे Main Data से सभी खाली Cells को Count करता है और Number के रूप में आउटपुट देता है।
